In a previous assignment, we began work with our groups and in this module we will work with our groups again to generate a balanced scorecard for Empire State College. A balanced scorecard assesses the performance of an organization through four lenses: customer, innovation & learning, internal business and financial. Here is what your group will do:

• Examine balanced scorecard information about Empire State College using the schools website.
  • post in your Group Work Discussion thread for this assignment that lists several balanced scorecard features of ESC and why you think they are.
• As a group generate a summary of your findings by addressing:
  • Who ESC's customers are.
  • How they view the college.
  • How the college creates value.
  • What core competencies does the college need to leverage.
