What I found in my analysis of my data is the hypothesis of comparing student mean completion time between current methods of instruction used by the Air Force and one to test the equality of each population variances. What I found out was that there was no different in mean completion times between the two methods. There is a difference in mean completion times between the two methods which I found surprising. After conducting two sample mean tests where the p-value is larger than the significance level, the recommendations regarding the Air Force training program that I would make based on my finding is to move forward with a new training method that will be more successful and simpler to implement since there is a significant difference between the populations.
