In an Excel spreadsheet, could someone show me the formulas used to get the minimum funding, the requested, Provided, Difference. If you could please use excel, and just write in the formulas you used to get these. As in, I can see they are using a sum formula for the requested, but what would the formula be for provided, and then how does difference play into the formula?
