In an HR class through student had to do a class sharing activity. Each student had to conduct research of a current HR topic that is affecting the HR community and had to bring it and discuss through presentation to their peers. The MOST influential topics discussed during the class sharing assignments where: workplace accommodation, employee retention, diversity, equity and inclusion.

1)Why did the presentations of three of the individuals' peers where very impactful to the individual who has no prior HR experience who is currently working as a medical administrator at a small private practice (doctor's office)?

2) what was learned and some important take aways from these topics that the individual can use them in the future?
