In this final portfolio, you will create an email newsletter and social media campaign for the SME and specify how the business can measure the success of its digital marketing activities. Your tasks as a digital marketing specialist for the SME are specified below.

1 E-mail newsletter: Briefly discuss the components for creating an effective e-mail newsletter and make specific recommendations for the SME. Then do the following: Based on the components discussed and the recommendations you have made, create an email newsletter that the SME could send out to individuals to capture leads. Use any software that is convenient for you and provide a screenshot of the e-mail newsletter. Describe the e-mail newsletter you have created for the SME and justify why you think it will be effective.

2 Social media campaign: Design a relevant social media campaign for the SME based on the two social media channels that you think would be most suitable to the SME. You are required to do the following: Provide a summary of the campaign (be creative and original) and justify your reasoning for selecting the two specific social media channels. Create advertisements for the two social media channels based on your campaign idea.Use any software that is convenient for you and provide a screenshot of each advertisement.Describe the social media advertisements that you have created for the SME and explain your design reasoning. Make specific recommendations in terms of how the SME can further expand on the use of social media.

3 Online metrics: Practically indicate how the SME can measure the success of its digital marketing activities (based on ALL the digital marketing activities discussed throughout).
