In Assignment 3, we are preparing a high-level activity list based on the WBS you completed in Assignment 2. We then prepare a Project Schedule Network Diagram from the activity list. Finally, we are preparing a Gantt Chart Schedule. Assignment 3 is not the complete schedule because the WBS did not decompose the work to the work package level. Your goal, as project manager, is to provide the big picture relationship between the activities. Use the template provided and follow the more detailed instructions. We are working on a gantt schedule and I have attached a template of what its suppose to look like along with getting data from my previous assignment
