IN C$++$ PLEASE

This is my program written in C$++$ using CPP CLR winform projects in Visual Studio $2022$

I am having three main issues with some of the formatting and need some help with it:

$1.$ How to add a dollar sign before the wage for "totalSalaryText"

$2.$ How to make it so that only $2$ decimal points show up for "totalSalaryText"

$3.$ How to make it so that "totalHoursText" prints out the time with minutes as the remainder in this format: $10$ hours and $15$ mins $=10\mathrm{.}25,10$ hours and $30$ mins $=10\mathrm{.}5,10$ hours and $45$ mins $=10\mathrm{.}75.$
