Payroll Application.

Collection the names of up to $5$ employees, the number of hours worked this week, and their

hourly rate of pay. After all the data is collected, output a report of how much each employee is

paid, and the total amount being paid to the employees this week.

Write loops to call the functions

When collecting data for an employee, if $-1$ is entered for any of the $3$ inputs, we'll stop

collecting inputs and go to the report.

Additional requirements.

Write a function that prompts the user for hours worked, rate and name. Use parameter

passing, with pass by reference as the mechanic.

Each logical unit of work should generally be its own function. Feel free to split the work

as it makes sense to you.

Functional specifics.

Pay calculation:

If hours worked is $40$ or less. Gross pay $=$ hours $*$ rate.

Otherwise, hours $>40$ is at the overtime rate of $1\mathrm{.}5,$ plus the $40*$ rate.
