In cell O3, use the AND function to determine which employees met their new customer sales for the week. To meet the goal, the value in cell K3 must be greater than or equal to $8,000 and the value in cell L3 must be greater than or equal to 4.

Having trouble using entering these IF and AND functions and getting the right answer. I understand the concept, I just don't now how to enter the argument correctly! Please Help!
