Please select 1 of the decisions listed and share a situation that you have observed by a manager on your job.

1. Without sharing the name of your company share how the manager made the bad decision.
2. Then based on one of the 6 reasons in Section 9-5, give the the reason you feel was why the manager made the bad decision at your company and why you feel it was based on this reason.
