In Class Group Assignment Introduction We covered in our course the various types of corporate cultures in Week 10. We discussed hierarchy, market, clan, and adhocracy cultures. The objective of this assignments to aid the students in their understanding of various types of corporate cultures and their impact on organizational behavior and performance. Your paper can be done in groups, or it can be done individually. Directions: Each group / student will work on one type of corporate culture: Clan Culture, Adhocracy Culture, Market Culture, or Hierarchy Culture. You can pick a culture that you have the most interest in researching and learning more about. Conduct research on the culture of your choice, using textbooks, articles, and reputable online sources to discuss the following points in a proper PowerPoint presentation 1- Discuss the different types of cultures. What are the similarities and differences between them? 2- What are the potential strengths and weaknesses for each culture? 3- What are the key features, characteristics, and values of this culture? 4- Discuss a real-life example of an organization that exemplify your culture. By that we mean to explain in detail what this company does, and how does the culture of this company look like 5- Discuss the significance of understanding different cultures in various industries and their role in achieving organizational goals. 6- What are some of the challenges that this company you are discussing has faced because of its culture. Your paper is graded on completeness and on content. This is a PowerPoint presentation and not a word document. If you submit a word document instead, 20% will be taken out from your paper. Minimum slides are 10 slides. You must have a cover slide (cover page) and references must be listed at the end in APA format. (20%)
