You'll notice that a time bin of $8$:$30$ means that the timestamp was between $8$:$30-9$:$00.$ You should also note that the values in column B are valid Excel time values $-$ they are NOT text. Your job is to create a formula in column C that returns the correct Excel time bin as shown in column B$.$ Obviously, you CANNOT use column B in your formula; you can only use column A$.$ Your formula MUST return an Excel time value, NOT text.
