In construction project, Value Based Management (VBM) is a management technique that may be used in conjunction with other management tools to govern the entire construction process in a more efficient manner than traditional procedures. Over the past many years, VBM has shown to be a successful management technique in the context of independent businesses. The ability to have an impact on human behaviour is at the heart of Value-Based Management (VBM). Human behaviour in the construction industry is linked to the actions required to develop a structure. Both of these include the project manager's efforts as well as his or her workmanship.
