In Ecclesiastes chapter 3, we read these words: There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens (Ecclesiastes 3:1, NIV). We often find this to be true in our personal lives, but also in organizations as well, as we see companies come into existence and then dissolve, either merging with other companies or going out of business altogether. As we examine change this final week, how do you prepare yourself personally as you face changes in your personal life and in the organizations you serve? What are some ways you can encourage others, as they experience change?
