In learning objective 7, we looked at different ways to develop employees- coaching, mentoring, 360 degree feedback etc. We also studied about employee engagement, motivational theories ( maslows hierarchy, ERG, expectancy theory and goal setting). Finally, we studied about performance management. Please write a 200 word discussion post on any of the above theoretical topics that you have encountered in real life.
