In my work experience as both a teacher and a student service manager focusing on new student enrollment, I have seen how organizational communication can directly impact efficiency and trust within a school community. One situation that stands out occurred when the administration decided to change the enrollment process for new families. Instead of allowing parents to submit paperwork in person with the support of staff, the school moved to an online-only registration system. This change was implemented suddenly, and communication about the shift was minimal.
