(20 points) Given a list of integers, write a program to create a new list with the same number of elements as the original, such that each integer in the new list is the sum of its neighbors and itself in the original list. For example: Ir List A [10, 20, 30, 40, 50 then List B [30, 60, 90, 120, 90].
