In regards to productivity through the use of determining the number of units produced during each work hour by employees. How does this produce an accurate representation of each individual employee if say some employees portion of the assembly is quicker than others or if they leave their shift with mostly finished products and the net employee now gets to claim more finished goods? Or is this a general number such as the entire workforce producing this much product in this many hours?
