Fr: Michael Rogers, Deliveries Manager

You know by now that our shipping procedure are going to be different next week. The reason for the change is that Accounts Receivable has a new process that we have to complete; longer, but more thorough. The new process has to do with the company we are now leasing trucks from and what they want from us.

Our new forms will be different:

• The amount listed
• We will now need a signature
• Location in the warehouse is going to be listed

Please send the new forms to Lucy Smith and I. We will check it before sending them out to clients.

Everyone will now have to confirm their shipments with me we are looking for an error free process that we can all follow.
