Al will enable us to customize learning and development capabilities to address the needs of employees. Equally important is the capability of Al to pinpoint human capital needs that lead to many areas of individual improvement. Among these would be soft skills, analytical skills, strategy development, cultural sensitivity and other content areas that can really benefit from a powerful knowledge base available to the Al platform. Also, Al will be able to identify just the right projects and potential stretch roles for all interested employees.
