In the last problem, you created a user$-$defined function called "Calc$\_$Cost$\_$Pr$4"$ that calculates the cost of the water tank $($whose volume is $600m^3).$ Use the fminbnd function to compute the tank radius that results in the least cost $($Call it $r\_$opt$).$ Let your band be from $r=1$ to $r=10.$ Compute the corresponding height $h,$ and call it $h.$opt.
