In the learning module, you learned that ethics and the law play an important relationship in business and society at large. Like the law, ethics is the study of how people ought to act. Law and ethics may not always agree... Sometimes it is ethical to commit an illegal act and some legal acts are actually unethical! For example, in the learning module we were introduced to a famous legal case, "The Queen vs. Dudley and Stephens" that puts this distinction between ethics and the law to the test. Given the facts of this case, and using the material we learning in our ethics module, use PICK Analysis to answer the following question: "May an innocent person be killed in order to save the life of another?"
In your post, be sure to use PICK Analysis, applying concepts from our module and citing them appropriately to help support your claim. Also, remember to respond to at least two of your classmates posts.
