In the Module $2$ critical thinking assignment we talked about the importance of developing team members through workshops. An action that I would value as a development opportunity within my work setting is starting a mentorship program. I work in supply chain management at Mayo Clinic and have exclusively a supply chain mentorship program where you randomly get matched with a mentor in the supply chain. As we know supply chain is huge and there is so much under that so it would be cool to see the other moving parts and meet other people and network within the supply chain at my company.
