Your task is to formulate a series of questions you will use with your coachee. The person you are coaching is a high-potential, emerging leader living in Dubai, working in an international, investment banking business which has many international offices and different departments - meaning a complex internal stakeholder environment, both externally and internally. The coachee has 10 years of work experience and has moved into a leadership role in their department. They are responsible for creating a strategy for deepening relationships with their key corporate clients.
