Use theory, from the course or other sources., to critically assess these results to identify your current leadership capabilities and areas for further personal development in order for you to be an inspirational team leader for your organisation.

Criteria and marking guide

Structure the report in three parts:

Summary of activities - Summarise the results of the relevant activities describing your experience and capabilities to date.Be sure to include evidence to support your findings

Critical assessment - Critically assess what the results mean to you as a team leader.

Reflections, recommendation and conclusions- Reflect on the results of your critical assessment to make recommendations on the type of development you believe you need and what it means for you as a team leader moving forward.

It is important that you show real insight in your response.Make sure you consider not only the roles and functions you have or haven't done, but also the way you think and the way you act in your workplace.How do any or all of these impact on your team leadership capabilities?

Use a variety of sources and theory from the team leadership literature to support your assessment, analysis and recommendations.The theory used does now have to be restricted to the readings from the course.You are encouraged to use theory from credible outside sources.

Your paper needs to be well-structured and presented using a wide range of sources.Sources need to be integrated into the responses and referenced correctly.Spelling and grammar has been checked.

Good referencing involves:

Using in-text references to acknowledge sources in the body of the assignment.
