In this assignment, you need to select a manager whom you admire most as the subject, you are required to perform thorough secondary research (e.g. websites, media interviews, newspaper columns, biographies, books, magazines and so on) on your chosen manager, thus it is your responsibility to ensure that you have maintained objectivity in your research and analysis. Your chosen manager must be a current manager works for a business organization, the business(es) can be based in Hong Kong or in any parts of the world. You are expected to understand how this manager manages the organization's activities and systems effectively and efficiently, and to evaluate how well he/she is achieving it. Your evaluation should employ the management knowledge (i.e. theories, models, concepts, etc.) covered in this course as good as you can. Thus, proper use of Management terms is expected. It is expected that you have a clear organization of ideas, proper use of references and citations, and a proper flow of topics/sub-topics
