In this assignment, you will focus on effective recruitment and selection needs of the work unit you identified in week one. In the following assignments, you will build on this to think about important performance management, and compensation challenges.

Your submission will contain five parts:

First, select a job within the work unit in which you are focusing. Develop and submit a job description.

Second, you will decide to hire from within the organization or externally.

Next, you will identify what recruitment methods you will use. In addition, you will develop a job advertisement.

$4.$ The next step is to identify the type of selection tools you will use. To try out an actual selection tool, you will submit structured interview questions based on the job you have chosen.
