In this assignment, you will work on developing a schedule for your project (hopefully you've already done this). The project schedule will be developed using a Gantt chart or something similar in Microsoft Project, Excel, or any other tool that works for you. 1. Create a work breakdown structure (WBS) for your project. This involves developing a detailed list of tasks and subtasks that should be carried out to complete the project. 2. Create the schedule by assigning durations to the tasks identified, as well as sequencing them. 3. Add milestones to show the completion of each major deliverable. 4.
