In this case you will be comparing the distribution network of two competing organizations. First step is to select two companies which should satisfy following criteria

Both firms should be operating in same industry i.e. don't select one in electronics another in grocery.

They should have different distribution network for their major business. Distribution network for major business, for example, for Walmart is 'Retailer storage with customer pickup' even though some part of business is conducted via 'Manufacturer/distributor storage with customer pickup'.

Examples of companies should not be from textbook chapter 1 through 4. Names of two companies you select should not have appeared in any context in the textbook.

1. List industry segment they operate and summarize major product offerings.

2. Describe type of distribution network for their major business.
