In this chapter, we covered some distinctions between personal property and real property.

(1) Think of the place you now live, or a place you've once lived or visited. Look at or imagine an object in that residence that might be difficult to distinguish between being part of the real property, or considered personal property.

(2) In no more than one to two sentences, describe the object.

(3) Then in no more than one sentence for each of the five "Fixture Tests" (identified on Page 65 in the text) - or in other words 5 sentences - explain why this object would or would not be a fixture under that particular test.
