In this course, we will be integrating and applying material from the core management courses that are prerequisites to this one:

• Organizational Behavior Analysis
• Human Resources Management

Your reflection should identify and discuss thetwo most important theories, concepts, or takeaways you remember from each one of the core classes.

For each insight you should:

• Accurately summarize the theory, concept, or takeaway
• Discuss why you think it is one of the most important things you learned in that class

So, to summarize,you should have four insights in total- two from each one of the core management classes (HR and OBA).

Please be as concrete as possible when describing your takeaways. For example, if you choose a concept like "motivation" from the OBA course, you should define what motivation is and briefly discuss its various manifestations (e.g., intrinsic, extrinsic, the different types of motivation theories, etc.). Then, briefly note why the concept of motivation is, to you, an important one.

Your reflection should be a minimum of three minutes long.
