In this final assignment, consider what you have learned and plan to apply if tasked with developing training at your organization.Your final assignment should include answers to the following questions (based on the videos, reading, classroom discussion etc, that meant the most to you).

1. Identify the most significant strategic challenge facing your organization (or one that you are familiar with). Explain how one or more of the training & development trends outlined in Chapter 11 or discussed in class would be helpful in meeting that challenge.
2. What new skills will trainers need to be successful in the future?
3. Based on everything you learned throughout this course, identify one thing your organization (your current job or a recent organization) could do to significantly improve the effectiveness of the training it provides employees and the efficiency with which it's developed and delivered.
