In this final assignment, you will reflect on the collaboration and teamwork skills you learned in this course and on skills for which you have room for improvement. Then, you will create an action plan to improve one skill and a practice script to promote your collaboration and teamwork skills to a potential employer.
Step 1. Research and Select Research and select a dream job requiring collaboration and teamwork skills. Look for and list current postings and job descriptions. Pay special attention to the collaboration and teamwork skills the employer expects of a prospective employee in this position. Make note of skills representing your strength areas, and target one skill you would like to improve. As an introduction, write 1-2 paragraphs on the dream job, your strength skills, and the skill for improvement.
