Specifically, you will describe the concept/topics and describe at least three key points you can take away from the topics examined during the modules and how many can be applied in management practice. You must also briefly research the topics using at least two non-text or external sources to provide depth to your reflection. This requires you to do additional research beyond what is covered in class or text material.
