In this Module , we discussed Coordinating Decision Making among Company Departments. You understood the Key Department Functions in the company, and how to organize to improve performance. You are aware that many companies make the mistake of isolating decision making functions, so that departments work in "silos" instead of integrating their decision-making processes.

You have experienced (first hand, in the Practice Rounds) the problems that result from making functional decisions in isolation and not talking to each other. Discuss how you have tried to integrate the decision making to include all of the company departments.
