In this problem, you get to break out your scissors! For each sub problem, we give you a complete proof, except for two things: $(1)$ the order of the derivations is all jumbled up; and $(2)$ for each derivation, we do not tell you which proof rule and prior steps to use to derive it$.$ Your job is to put all of the derivations in the right order, and tell us how each step can be concluded from earlier steps. Because we don$$t know what order you put the steps in$,$ we have labeled each step with letters, so use those when listing your derivation.

$($Hint: Just like when you do a puzzle, you first figure out the edge pieces, to solve these problems, first sort out which steps are the premises and which are the conclusions, then put the rest of the steps in a logical order. When you write out your answers, please be sure to write the entire line.
