In this Reflection/Discussion you will be looking for real world applications of the concept of quality. It is important to reflect on how we define quality and how we see quality (or lack of quality) in the world. Review the following: Project Quality Management (Rose) Chapters 1-3 and 13 The Handbook of Program Management (Brown) Chapter 1 Part 1: On the Discussion Board, writing at least 300-400 words (word counts are minimums). Respond to the following questions (30 points). Please include material from the course reading in your initial post. The initial post should include at least two in-text citations and references for your sources. Respond initially with your substantive Discussion response(300+ word minimum) by Friday (11:59pm) and then reply to one of your classmate's postings (150+ word minimum) by Sunday(11:59pm) . Define the concept of Quality in Program Management. Why do you believe Quality has not been identified as a key factor in the Triple Constraint of Management- Time, Cost, and Scope? Search the web for a current example of either a strong use of quality or a limited use of quality in program management.
