1. Provide an introduction giving the reader an overview of what your report will discuss and give your opinion what are the key parts of this report and why.
2. Using a Flow Chart Using please draw a detailed illustration of what are the different operational phases of your chosen operation.
3. On the Flow Chart identify two areas where there might be a capacity problem in delivering the service and why do you think this could be happening?
4. Could you suggest two ways to improve the potential capacity problems you have discussed in point 3?
5. Evidence of a logical and well-structured and presented report structure with little or no grammatical or spelling. Also, good, frequent and consistent use of at least four academic references and evinced through the Harvard Bibliographic referencing system.
