In this situation I would document everything for legal matters in the stands of safety and security

Question:
Looking back, there were a couple of areas that were overlooked being red flags such as the documentation file of 16 F-tag deficiencies, patient negligence, previous administrator left in a hurry manner to purse other opportunities, the director who has been apart of the team for 24 years has not made any change or assistance, and the funds to pay employees were insufficient. I would hold a meeting with all staff members and inform them the importance of saying something when or if you see or know something along with if there's something out of the ordinary take action first and always document no matter what.
As the administrator the legal obligation I have to take is inform the authorities of the matter, file paper work, get an investigator to get a thorough check, and get in contact with the previous administrator. Looking at it now to me it seems as though the previous administrator could be the culprit in this situation. Leaving so abruptly because you want to purse other opportunities is a concern.
This week's discussion topic can be applied in the real world by having a conscious mind to make sure that before you accept or sign anything especially in documentation you are aware of what you are getting yourself into and to always double even triple check.
My favorite thing about this course was our optional seminars and the least favorite parts of this class was My favorite discussion post was this one which is unit 10 and my least favorite discussion board was unit 7. The assignment I enjoyed the most was assignment 3 and my least favorite was assignment 5.
