After doing so$,$ arrange a meeting with your team members and discuss about each other results. In this case, please accomplish the following tasks in the group arrangement:

$1-$ Based on the results on the individual part of this assignment and group discussions, find ways in order to improve motivations, aptitude, attitude and so on$.$ These improvements could be in several ways including breaking the jobs among yourselves, researching, getting appropriate training, hiring consultants and so on$.$
