In this task, I need to make up a templet. My confusion is if it requires the templet to be completed with all the details included in implementing my plan. Or do they want the information provided and a design of a template. The course is Leadership and Management Cert 4.

Task

You are establishing a new division within your organization. This division will focus solely on providing better customer service.

Set up a template for an operational plan to implement this new division. The plan must include the following:

• key performance indicators
• monitoring processes
• contingency plans

Also allow space in your plan for the following:

• recruiting, inducting and developing personnel
• acquiring physical resources and services
• protecting intellectual property
• making variations to the plan
• monitoring and documenting performance.
