Evaluation: Based on the letter, provide an evaluation of whether the letter will demonstrate the applicant meets the requirements of paragraphs 87.1(2)(a) to (c) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations, or IRPR. 

In answering, you should consult and refer to the wording of the regulations, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada's operational instructions, and the National Occupational Classification (NOC). The objective of the assignment is to demonstrate that you can navigate these resources and draw on them to make a reasoned analysis.

PART 2 Email: Write an email to your client explaining any concerns identified in evaluating their employment reference letter and how you suggest these concerns be addressed.

Your answer must be 500 words.
