Research Task and Letter Writing

Write a properly formatted, well designed, well-edited letter that responds to following scenario.The information in the letter needs to be real - based on research (the article I have provided and some of your own research). Letters that are not based on research will not be graded. Please include hyperlink in-text citations in the body of your letter.

Post this to your Coursework Portfolio. Please don't attach files. It needs to be concise but should include all the necessary information.

Task:

Please read the article about Canada's International Student Program. See the link to the reading below. Also, look at some other sources, think about your international student friends and if you an an international student yourself, think about the challenges that you personally face.

Scenario

You are writing a letter to Immigration, Refugees, Citizenship Canada (IRCC) international student department. In your letter, you are demonstrating your knowledge of the situation of the international students in Canada and the challenges that they face. You will also indicate the benefits that these students have for Canada. In your letter you can make some recommendations, give information or ask questions about the future of international students in Canada (you could also have a combination of all of these or other issues that you would like to raise).
