In todays world, there are two general classifications of programming - Scripting or traditional programming code. Although the differences between them are becoming less and less, the intent the the code for each is different. This is a two part discussion board. After reading the articles and watching the videos in the Learning Activities about scripting vs programming, describe the difference between scripting and programming. Consider where each type is used. Which might be easier to write and to maintain? In the second part, you are the head of a team that is being assembled to write a new payroll system for your company. Would you use scripting or traditional programming to develop the system. Now you need to pick a team. What kind of team leader do you think you would make or what kind would you be? Now, choose three employees or friends to be on your team and tell why you would pick them. Includes such things as personality, ability, ethic, etc. that would make them a good team member. Your discussion should incorporate what you learned in the articles and the videos.
