In Unit 1, you were asked to write a paper about you as a Developing Leader, where you described yourself as a leader first, stated if you were in agreement with the above assessment, explained why (or why not) and stated what qualities you would be strengthening and what qualities you would be trying to minimize or develop throughout this course and why. You were asked to use examples from the past as well as specifics on how you intended to develop leadership characteristics. You also indicated how you could be of help to your peers to help them in their quest of developing leadership. Now is the time to comment on your journey: Please write a letter to yourself commenting on your achievements and indicating your plans to continue developing. Be specific, fair, and plan well. Do not forget to answer the following questions in your paper: Who are you as a Leader? What are your strong points and what are your developmental goals? What will you be able to contribute to your future organization? How?
