In Week $4,$ we continue to work with data; however, in this Module, we are looking at how data analysis is used for decision$-$making and risk analysis. Data provides HR with a wealth of information to perform fair audits. Fairness audits have a wide range of topics, reviewing an organization$$s employee compliance, policies, practices, and data procedures. Through our analysis, we are proactive in identifying risks related to bias, discrimination, and other illegal practices.
