Scenario 6: The clinic will begin using Dragon Naturally Speaking, where all of the physicians will be dictating their own notes. All but one transcriptionist has been terminated. Physicians need to be trained and remaining HIMT staff are feeling nervous about whether other changes are coming that will affect their job.
