In your groups, identify an event you can plan. Build WBS to level 2 of tasks. Identify resources and delivery dates. Create a Gantt chart from the WBS schedule you have created. Build a risk management plan and identify at least 10 possible risks that could occur in your event. Evaluate the risks and identify a risk startegy to address each risk. Instructions:
