In your Machine Learning Business Problem, Target, and Features post, you will identify

1.) a business problem, including WHY this is important to the business (NOT customer retention, which has already been 'claimed'),

2.) an appropriate target and

3.) at least 5 potential features that might prove useful if we wanted to create a machine learning model.

While we are not going to actually create the model, this is merely an exercise in definitions, however, the features should be measurable. By 'business' problem, can be a problem in any organization, including a non-profit, government agency, hospital, military, etc.
