Data analytics in the current climate of communication has become, in my opinion, one of the strongest assets a company can garner to improve its productivity. Data analytics fundamentally provides a pathway for a company to move forward with knowledge and understanding of its market and interactions with its market from a communication standpoint.

Data analytics provides a solution for company communication by allowing the company data to provide engaging content and advertisements to its audience and potential customers.

I believe data analytics can provide only positive impacts on the field of communication. Having the data in hand is an extremely useful tool and it's entirely up to the company to wield it properly. Communication analytics will allow you to enhance the overall quality of communication and its efficiency. The end goal would also be for your communications to increase engagement and increase ROI for advertisements.
